Privacy

The CRA assessment runs locally in your browser. Answers, results and awareness timestamps are kept only in memory for the active page and are not sent to Centulon or persisted by the tool.

Assessment information is not included in the contact form. Using Start over clears the assessment answers and rendered result held by the page.

If you use the contact form, Centulon collects the name, organisation, email address and message you provide so that the enquiry can be handled and answered. The enquiry is delivered to a controlled Centulon mailbox or destination.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the form from abuse. Cloudflare also processes request and security metadata as the infrastructure provider. The Turnstile token and infrastructure metadata are not included in the delivered enquiry.

Contact enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, conduct relevant follow-up, manage an ensuing business relationship where applicable, and satisfy applicable legal or record-keeping obligations where relevant. When there is no remaining business or legal purpose, the enquiry is deleted according to Centulon's operational routines.

To ask about privacy or deletion of a contact enquiry, use the contact form. Do not include incident-sensitive information or CRA assessment answers.
